In case the sales order is being cancelled or is not needed any more, you can remove it from

TDS CRM. To delete the sales order, follow the given instructions:

•Go to SO Tracking > Sales Order.

•Select the sales order you wish to delete.

•Click the Delete link given in the column of Actions.

Or

•Go to the sales order detailed page.

•Tap the Delete link given on top-right of the Window.

•Click OK on the delete confirmation Window.
