8.3 Inventory

The following features of this module allow the users to manage the inventory from the accounting portal.

 

  • It allows the users to maintain and manage the inventory records in a central location. It saves all the information about the inventory such as quantity on order, quantity on hand, quantity on sales order and other information.
  • Users are allowed to copy this information to the new inventory item.
  • Users can also view the price sheet of any inventory item.
  • Users can add any adjustment to the products if needed. Users can also specify the reason for adjustment, adjustment quantity and adjustment account.
  • Users can also store information about assembly or disassembly of inventory. Users can specify the quantity of inventory that needs to be assembled or disassembled.Moreover, information about components required for assembly/disassembly can also be specified.
  • Reports about variety of business functions can be easily accessed here. The report
  • form is fully customizable. Users can also import the reports from other programs.
