TDS CRM also allows you to edit the invoice information. You can edit each information field individually and can also make all the information fields editable at once. You can use the option of mass edit in case you need to edit multiple invoices with similar information. To edit the information fields individually:
- Go to Sales > Quotes OR Sales > Potentials.
- Click on the link of Create Invoice from the section of Actions.
- Tap the link of Invoice from the toolbar. It will direct you to the invoice homepage.
- Click on the title of invoice you need to edit. You will be directed to the invoice detailed view page.
- Move the mouse over the information field you wish to edit.
- Click the visible Edit link.
- Update the information and click Save.
- Repeat the same procedure for editing other information fields.
To make all the fields editable:
- Navigate to invoice detailed page by following the same procedure as described above.
- Click the Edit button given on top-left of the invoice detailed page.
- Update the information and click the Save button to save the changes.
