• The generated reports can be exported to Microsoft excel for further analysis.
• Users can also export generated reports to PDF format for ease in document sharing.
• Users can print the report directly from the reports sub-module.
• Reports can be stored in different folders.
• Reports can be moved from one folder to the other.
• Users can choose to generate reports either in tabular form or summary form.
• Users can choose aggregate functions such as sum, average, min and max for arithmetical operations.
• The folder containing reports can be labeled as private or public. This allows users to restrict the reports access. Users can access the reports according to their access rights and privileges.
• Users can also schedule the mechanism of report generation according to their organizational needs.
