6.1. Quote Detailed View:

When a quote is clicked from home page, its detailed view is shown on the screen. The detailed view displays all the information about the quote. The information presented can be customized by the administrator as per the organizational requirements. Most probably, the quote detailed view presents the following information:

 

Quote information Detailed information about the quote
Address information Address information for the quote
Terms & Conditions Terms & condition for the quote
Description information A Description about the quote
Item details List of services and products along with pricing information included in the quote
Sales orders Record of sales orders associated with the quote
Activities Record of scheduled activities
Documents Documents associated with the potential
Activity history Record of past activities associated with the quote
Quote stage history Record about previous stages of quotes

 

You can perform further operations on quotes from the quotes detailed view page. These operations include:

 

Edit Change Potential properties.
Duplicate Create a new Quote record with common properties.
Delete Remove the Quote from the TDS CRM.
Generate sales order Generate a new sales order from the quote.
Generate invoice Generate a new invoice from the quote.
Export to PDF Create a PDF for the quote.
Send mail with PDF Send the PDF of the quote in an email to the contacts which are associated with the quote.
Add to do Add the task or to do associated with the quote.
Select or add documents Attach the associated documents with the quote.
Tag cloud Label the quote for easy access.
