5.7. How to Delete Purchase Orders?

To maintain an updated database of purchase orders, you may occasionally need to remove the unnecessary or obsolete purchase orders. Follow the given steps to remove the purchase orders but be sure to remove them as once deleted you will not be able to reverse the operation.

  • Go to the Import/PO Tracking > Purchase Order or Shipping Centre > Purchase Order.
  • Select the records you need to remove from the system.
  • Click the delete icon given in the column of action.
  • Click ok on the confirmation dialog box.

Removing the purchase orders from the system can also be accomplished by the following steps.

  • Go to the Import/PO Tracking > Purchase Order or Shipping Centre > Purchase Order.
  • Click the record that needs to be deleted to open its detailed view.
  • On detailed view page, you will find the Delete button on top-left of the window.
  • Click the Delete button.
  • Click OK on confirmation dialog box.
