In case you have changed your purchasing decision, you can modify the purchase order. TDS CRM allows you to edit and update purchase orders without any trouble. The following steps will guide you how to edit the purchase orders.
- Go to the Import/PO Tracking > Purchase Order or Shipping Centre > Purchase Order.
- Select the record that needs editing.
- Click the Edit link given in the column of Action. It will open up the edit window.
- Update the details.
- Click Save to save the changes.
Other than the above, editing function can also be performed by the following steps.
- Go to the Import/PO Tracking > Purchase Order or Shipping Centre > Purchase Order.
- Select the records for editing.
- Click the Subject of the purchase order to open its detailed view.
- Here, you can either edit individual information fields or make all the fields editable at once. For making all the fields editable, tap the Edit button which is given on top- right of the detailed view.
- Make changes and click Save to save the changes.
- For individual editing of information fields, move the mouse over the required information field. An Edit link will appear. Click on that link, edit information and click Save to save the changes.
