If you have potential accounts having properties similar to one you are going to create, then simply duplicate the existing account to create a new potential account. Follow the given steps to duplicate the potential.

• Go to Sales > Potentials.
• Select the potential you wish to duplicate.
• Click on the potential name. It will direct you to the detailed potential view.
• Click the Duplicate button given on top right of the window.
• Make the required changes.
• Click Save to save the changes.

This newly created potential will be visible on the potential home page listed among other potentials.
