5.4 How to Create Potentials?

In TDS CRM, potentials can be created by following any of the given method.

  • Create potentials manually by entering data in potential creation form.
  • Import potentials from other applications.

There are three methods available for manual creation of potentials.

  • By duplicating the existing potential
  • By using quick create component
