5.10 How to Delete Potentials?

Occasionally, you may need to remove the useless potentials from the system. Make sure you really want to delete the potentials as you cannot undo the delete operation. Follow the given steps to delete the potentials permanently from the TDS CRM.

  • Go to Sales > Potentials.
  • Select the potential you want to delete.
  • Click the Delete button given in front of potential under the column of Actions.
