The tool bar is present right below the header. It is an important element of Trade Dynamics CRM interface. It is intended to provide direct access controls for all modules. On opening any module, you will find it on the top of the window. It works in the same way for all modules. The only difference is title of the functions. For example, for Leads sub- module, the first icon is Create a New Lead, whereas in Potentials module, it is Create a New Potential. The left side of the tool bar shows the name of the currently opened module. For example if the user is in the Campaign module, then the tool bar will show Marketing > Campaign. Then, there is a set of tools arranged on the tool bar. These tools includes Create new, Search, Calendar, World Clock, Calculator, Online Chat, Last Viewed, Import, Export, Open all menu and Settings.
