5. Potential Management:

Potentials are next after Leads. When the leads are worked upon, they become qualified to be converted to potentials. In TDS CRM, you can directly convert a lead in to potential by transferring its information from the lead to new sales potential. When you will open the potential module, you will see the list of potentials on the screen. From here you can perform various operations on potentials. These operations include:

  • Customize potential view
  • Create, Edit and Delete potentials
  • Search Potentials
  • Find and Create duplicates
  • Mass Edit (edit multiple potentials with same information simultaneously)
  • Import Potentials
  • Export Potentials
