4.8 How to Create Mail Merge Documents?

Following steps will guide you in creating mail merge documents like customized letters or other documents for mass mailing to the contacts in TDS CRM.

  • Go to Home > Contacts.
  • Click the button of Create Mail Merge Templates at the bottom of the window.
  • It will direct you to the mail merge template window.
  • In the window of New Template, browse and specify the template file.
  • Provide a little detail about the document in the description field.
  • Select the Contacts module from the drop-down list.
  • Click the Save button.
  • It will create the mail merge document and allows you to download the document to your system.
