Following steps will guide you in creating mail merge documents like customized letters or other documents for mass mailing to the contacts in TDS CRM.
- Go to Home > Contacts.
- Click the button of Create Mail Merge Templates at the bottom of the window.
- It will direct you to the mail merge template window.
- In the window of New Template, browse and specify the template file.
- Provide a little detail about the document in the description field.
- Select the Contacts module from the drop-down list.
- Click the Save button.
- It will create the mail merge document and allows you to download the document to your system.
