4.7 How to Associate Contacts with other Records?

TDS CRM allows you to attach all the related details with the contact. The records which can be attached to contact include Potentials, Activities, Trouble Tickets, Attachments, Notes, Activity History, Documents, etc. The options of associating details are given on the Edit page under the caption of Actions. Following actions are available for associating contacts with other records.
