In TDS CRM, there are three methods for searching contacts.
- Basic search
- Advanced search
- Alphabetical search
All the three methods have more or less same features. Follow the given steps to understand the search methods.
- Go to Home > Contacts.
- Click the Search icon from the tool bar.
- For basic search, enter the search criteria and press Search Now button.
- For advance search, click the link of Go to Advanced Search. Advance search contains some advanced options. Specify the search criteria and press Search Now button.
- For alphabetical search, click the desired alphabet.
- It will display all the relevant results on the screen as per the search criteria.
