After you have created the contact by following any of the above method, you may need to update or edit it afterwards. In TDS CRM, you can edit the contacts individually or can use the option of Mass Edit. To edit the contact individually,
- Go to Home > Contacts.
- Select the contact that needs to be updated and click the title of the contact.
- It will direct you to the Edit page.
- You can edit each field individually by enabling the Edit link. To enable the edit link, hover the mouse over the information field and click the visible Edit link.
- To make all the fields editable at once, click the Edit button given on the top of the page.
- Edit the information and click the Save button to save the changes.
