4.1 Product Management

This module contains the record of all the products of the company. It stores all the information about the product including its pricing, commission rate, and stock quantity, etc. The information stored is readily available so as to assist the sales staff to apply this information in support, marketing and other activities. The Product management module of TDS CRM provides the following features.

 

  • It manages and organizes information about all the products.
  •  It allows the users to import the product details from other programs and application.
  • It links the products with other modules.
  • Product fields can be customized to match the organizational needs.
  • For further analysis, product details can also be exported to spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel.
  • It allows users to attach the product related documents such as license agreements, and user manuals, etc.
  • Users can upload the images of the products for identification purposes.
  • It ensures product procurement only from preferred vendors list.
