4. User Interface:

The user interface of TDS CRM is characterized by functional modules, e.g. Contacts, Leads,
Potentials, and Accounts, etc. All the modules are provided with drop-down menus showing
related modules.Given below is the figure showing top header. This header is common across all the modules.
The header basically consists of three lines. The top line contains the logo of TDS on
extreme right side. The left side contains the following two links:

  •  My Preferences: This link allows you to configure the system settings. It allows youto customize your user account. For example, you can decide which widgets should be visible on home page.
  • Sign out: It allows the users to end the session.

Along with these two links, the top line always shows the username of currently logged
user. Moreover, a search box is also present there. The search box allows the users to
search any record from the CRM. It searches the user query across all the modules and
displays the relevant results. The second line of the header is menu bar. It contains the links for functional areas of the
CRM. These functional areas include Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Analytics, Purchasing,
etc. When the mouse is hovered over these functional links, it displays a drop-down list
containing options of related modules. At the end of the line, you will find a drop-down
Quick Create list. This drop-down list is intended to facilitate the users to quickly create new
records without navigating to different modules.
