4. FAQ:

FAQ is the module in the TDS CRM that acts as a knowledgebase for all the stakeholders i.e. employees and customers. It is a database of questions and answers about the particular issues. FAQ can fulfill multiple purposes including:

  • For Customers: Inform customers about the product, services and procedures.
  • For Employees: To inform about the internal processes and procedures.
  • For staff: Discuss procedures for helping customers

You can access the FAQ module from the Support > FAQ. When the module is opened, it displays the list of FAQs along with their information. The information displayed on homepage can be customized by the system administrator. Usually, it includes the following fields:

  • FAQ No.
  • Question
  • Category
  • Product name
  • Created time
  • Modified time
  • Action

You can also perform certain operations on FAQ from the home page. these operations includes:

  • View FAQ
  • Create Customized View of FAQ
  • Create, Edit And Delete FAQ
  • Search FAQ
  • Find Duplicate FAQ
  • Mass Edit
