A contact refers to the information about the customer or potential customer. A contact for the potential customer is automatically created in the TDS CRM when a lead is converted in to a potential. When the Contacts module is opened, it displays all the contacts on the screen. From here, you can perform various operations on contacts such as:

• View contacts
• Create Custom View for contacts
• Create, Edit and Delete contacts
• Search contacts
• Duplicate contacts
• Mass Edit contacts (editing multiple contacts at once)
• Send email to contact or contacts
• Import contacts
• Export contacts
