3.9. How to Associate Other Records with the Tickets?

In TDS CRM, you can associate the related records with the tickets. To associate records:

 

  • Go to Support > Trouble Tickets.
  • Select the ticket with which you want to associate the record.
  • Click the title of the ticket to open its detailed view.
  • From the detailed view page, you can associate the following records with the ticket:
  • Activities: In activities you can add to do or event. Use the controls of Add Todo and Add Event for associating activities.
  • Documents: Here you can attach any existing or new document with the ticket. For associating existing document, click Select Documents and for associating a new document, click Add Document.
  • Services: Here you can add the services to which the ticket is related. Use the button of Select Services for associating services with the ticket.
