3.9 How to Associate Other Records with Customer Accounts?

TDS CRM allows you to associate all the related details with the customer account. These details such as Potentials, Contacts, Trouble Tickets, Documents, Activities, etc. provide a 360o view of the customer accounts. You can add all these records from the customer account Edit page where all these options are available under the category of Actions on the extreme left of the window. The actions which you can perform to associate records include:

  • Add event
  • Add to do
  • Add receipt entry
  • Add contacts
  • View contacts
  • Add location
  • View location
  • Add note
  • Tag cloud
