Like you can import the tickets in to TDS CRM, similarly you can export tickets from TDS CRM to other external sources. The following steps can be followed to export the tickets:
- Go to Support > Trouble Tickets.
- Click the Export icon from the toolbar.
- Select the options for Export Search Criteria Records and Export Record Types.
- Click Export Trouble Tickets.
- The export window will prompt you to Open or Save the file.
- Select Save and click OK.
- It will download and save the file at specified location in your system.
