In TDS CRM, you can search trouble tickets by any of the following three methods:
- Basic search: This option allows you to search the ticket using basic details such as ticket title, etc. for basic search:
- Go to Support > Trouble Tickets.
- Click the Search icon from the toolbar.
- Specify the search criteria.
- Click Search Now button. It will display all the relevant results as per the search criteria.
- Advanced search: This option allows you to access more narrow results by specifying the exact information. For advanced search:
- Go to Support > Trouble Tickets.
- Click the Search icon from the toolbar.
- Click the link Go to Advanced Search in the search window.
- Specify the search conditions.
- You can add or reduce the number of conditions by using the buttons of Fewer or More.
- Check the option whether you want to match all or any of the specified conditions.
- Press the Search Now button and all the relevant results will be displayed in the window.
- Alphabetical search: Using this option, you can search the ticket by specifying the alphabet. For alphabetical search:
- Go to Support > Trouble Tickets.
- Click the Search icon from the toolbar.
- Click the desired alphabet from the series of alphabet given in the search window. Browse the relevant results to find your required record.
