The import function consists of four steps described below:
- In the first step, browse the .CSV and check the option of Header if the .CSV file contains any header information.
- In the second step, map the information fields with header rows in .CSV file.
- To use the same mapping pattern in future, select the check box of Save as Custom Mapping and give a mapping name.
- To use the saved mapping, check the box of Used Saved Mapping and select the mapping from the drop-down list.
- In the third step, check the option of duplicate merging, where you can opt for either Manual Merging or Auto Merging. Next, you have to select the fields to be matched for finding the duplicate records.
- Click the “Import Now” button.
- In step four, it will display the mapping results. It will show the number of records successfully imported and number of records skipped due to missing fields.
- If you want to import more records then press the Import More button. To undo the last import, click the Undo Last Import. To view the last imported record, press the Last Imported button. To finish the import process, tap the Finished button.
