After you have created the template, you can use it for sending email. Follow the given steps to use the template
- Go to Home > Webmail or Communications > Webmail.
- Click Compose.
- In the compose email window, press the button of Select Email Template. It will show the pop-up window of Email Templates.
- Select the desired template.
- Click the template to view its detail. You can also choose to edit the template by using the Edit button.
- Fill all the mandatory fields.
- Click the Send button.
- Note that all the emails in TDS CRM are sent in HTML format. You can use the html editor for designing special layout. For this purpose you can also use an external editor. Remember to verify the results as all HTML options are not supported in TDS CRM.
