3.5 How to create customer accounts?

There are two methods using which you can create accounts in TDS CRM:

  • Manually enter account details
  • Import accounts from other applications

3.5.1 Creating the account manually?

In TDS CRM, you can manually create account in three ways.

  • Enter the account details in account creation form.
  • Duplicate the account (Make changes in existing account).
  • Use the Quick Create component.
