3.4. How to Edit the Trouble Tickets?

After the trouble tickets are created, they may need to be updated as they progress stage wise. You can edit the ticket by following the given procedure:

  • Go to the Support > Trouble Tickets.
  • Select the contact you need to edit.
  • Click the Edit button given in the column of Action. It will display the edit form.
  • You can edit the ticket information, description information, solution information, comment information and comments about the ticket.
  • To edit the information fields individually, move the mouse over the field and click on visible Edit link. Update the information and click Save to save the changes.
  • To make all the fields editable at once, tap the Edit button on top-left of the window. Make necessary changes and click Save to save the changes.
  • You can also access the Edit function from the ticket detailed view. Click on the title of the ticket from the homepage to open its detailed view and tap the Edit button to edit the information.
