The following guide will describe you the process of creating new email template.
- Navigate to Email Templates by Settings > Settings > Communication Templates > Email Templates.
- Click the new template button given on top of email templates window.
- Fill out the basic information about the template:
- Name: Type the template name
- Description: Add a little description about the template
- Select the folder status as public or personal
- After the basic details, enter the subject of the email. In select field variables, select the variables from the TDS CRM. These variables will be replaced by the actual records when the email will be send. You can add the standard and custom fields of the supported modules to the templates.
- Use the general fields to add current date and time.
- When composing email, the template is merged with the website for the supported modules to create the page.
- Save the template.
