In TDS CRM, you can navigate the trouble tickets by following the given steps.
- Go to Support > Trouble Tickets.
- Select the view from the filter drop-down list given on top-right of the window.
- You can also create a new customized view by using the New link given next to the filter drop-down list. You can customize it to display the information most important to you.
- You can use the links of Start, Next, Previous & End to navigate between the pages. Specify the page number to jump directly to any specific trouble ticket.
