3.11. How to Delete Trouble Tickets?

In TDS CRM, you can also remove the useless or no more needed trouble tickets. However, it is highly recommended to think before deleting them because once deleted you will not be able to recover them. Act upon the given steps to delete the trouble tickets:

  • Go to Support > Trouble Tickets.
  • Select the ticket you want to delete.
  • Click the Delete link given in the column of Action.

You can also adapt an alternative procedure which includes the following steps:

  • Go to Support > Trouble Tickets.
  • Select the ticket you wish to delete.
  • Click the title of the ticket to open its detailed view.
  • Tap the Delete button given on top-left of the detailed view page.
