3.10. How To Convert Trouble Tickets To FAQ?

After a trouble ticket is solved, you can convert it to FAQ for future reference. To convert the ticket in to FAQ:

  • Go to Support > Trouble Ticket.
  • Select the ticket you want to convert to FAQ.
  • Click the title of the ticket to open its detailed view.
  • Find and click the link of Convert as FAQ given in the column of Actions.
  • It will take you to the FAQ page where you can click Edit link to edit or add more information.
  • Click Save to save the FAQ.
