After a trouble ticket is solved, you can convert it to FAQ for future reference. To convert the ticket in to FAQ:
- Go to Support > Trouble Ticket.
- Select the ticket you want to convert to FAQ.
- Click the title of the ticket to open its detailed view.
- Find and click the link of Convert as FAQ given in the column of Actions.
- It will take you to the FAQ page where you can click Edit link to edit or add more information.
- Click Save to save the FAQ.
