Trouble Tickets is the feature of TDS CRM that allows the company to keep track of the problem right from detection to resolution. Customer queries are arranged in order of priority.  Users can choose to analyze the query by date, priority, severity or any other condition.

  • Users can add new tickets and track the progress of the ticket solution.
  • It is a fully customizable system. Users can add as many information blocks as they want.
  • Search options allow users to search any of the previous trouble ticket from the archive.
