3.1 Customers Detailed View:

When customer account is clicked, it displays the detailed information about that particular account. The displayed information can be customized to meet the organizational needs by the system administrator. Usually the displayed information contains the following pieces of information:

Customer information Detailed record about the customer
Address information Contact information and address details
Potentials Record of potential opportunities for the customer
Quotes Record of quotes created for the customer
Sales orders Record of sales orders generated for the customer
Invoice Record of invoices created for the customer
Activities Record of scheduled activities for the customer
Activity history Activity history for the customer
Documents Record of documents associated with the customer
Trouble Tickets Record of trouble-tickets reported by the user
Service Contracts Detail of service contract for the customer
Locations Record of campaigns for the customer
Services List of services for the customer
Products List of products for the customer

You can also perform a number of various other operations on accounts from the accounts detailed view page. Following is the list of operations that you can perform from the page of account detailed view.

Edit Change customer account properties.
Delete Remove the record from the TDS CRM.
Duplicate Create a new customer account with similar properties.
Send mail Send email to the contacts.
Add event Add a calendar event for the account. The event can be a meeting or a call, etc.
Add to do Add to do or task associated with the customer account.
Select or add documents Associate documents with the customer account.
Show account hierarchy View the account hierarchy for the correlated accounts.
Locate map Locate the customer address on the map.
Select services Add relevant services from the service catalog.
Select products Add relevant products from the product catalog.
Potentials Add a new potential for the account.
Add contact Add a new contact record for the customer account.
Add receipt entry Add the receipt entry for the customer.
Add quote Create a new quote for the customer.
Add sales order Add a new sales order for the customer.
