3. Customers Management:

The Customers module deals with the customer records contained in the TDS CRM. When the Customers module is opened, it shows the list of all the customer accounts on the screen. From the same page, you can perform various operations on customer accounts, such as:

  • Create, Delete or Edit customer accounts
  • Create customized view of customer accounts
  • Search customer accounts
  • Duplicate customer accounts
  • Mass edit (Edit multiple accounts at once)
  • Send Email
  • Import customer accounts
  • Export customer accounts
  • Mailer export (Refer to the “Mailer Export” section)
