Email tracking is the feature in TDS CRM that allows you to keep the track of sent emails whether they have been viewed or not. It counts the number of views a sent email gets from the prospect and displays it in the list of emails sent to the contacts or leads. The reliability of count number depends on the embedded image. Most of the time it undercounts the views as embedded images are not necessarily embedded every time the mail is opened. It counts the number of times an email is opened and store the information in the CRM which can be viewed in the detailed views of contact sand leads to whom the emails have been sent by the CRM system.
