2.3 How to Navigate Leads?

In TDS CRM, you can easily navigate the leads. Follow the given steps to navigate the leads.

 

  • Go to Sales > Leads.

 

 

  • On the home page of leads, select the Filter from the drop-down list. You can find the option of Filter on top-right of the leads home screen. To customize the view, use the New link given next to the Filter drop-down list.
  • To get to the required lead, you can use the links of First, Next, Previous and Last given at the end of the page. You can also jump directly to the required lead by specifying the page number.
