2.2 Service Contracts Detailed View:

When the subject of the service contract is clicked, it displays the page containing all the details about the service contract. You can access the following information from the service contract detailed view.

 

Service Contract information Detailed information about the service contract
Service requests List of trouble tickets associated with the service contract
Documents List of documents associated with the service contract

 

From the detailed view page, you can perform the following operations on service contracts.

 

Edit Change the properties of the information fields of service contract.
Duplicate Create a new service contract by duplicating and modifying the existing record.
Delete Remove the service contract from the TDS CRM.
Select Trouble Tickets Add trouble tickets to the service contract.
Add Trouble Ticket Add new trouble ticket to the service contract.
Select Documents Associate related documents with the service contract.
Add Documents Add new documents to the service contract.
Tag Cloud Label the service contract for easy access.
