2.11 How to Change the Lead Owner:

A lead is normally owned by the user who creates it. However, in TDS CRM, its ownershipcan be changed by following the given steps.

  • Go to Sales > Lead.
  • Click the lead whose ownership you want to change.
  • Find the Assigned to field.
  • Hover the mouse over Assigned to field and select the Edit button.
  • Change the user by selecting the user from the drop-down menu.
  • Click Save. Or
  • Tap the Edit button.
  • Find the Assigned to information field and change the user.
  • Click Save.
