A lead is normally owned by the user who creates it. However, in TDS CRM, its ownershipcan be changed by following the given steps.
- Go to Sales > Lead.
- Click the lead whose ownership you want to change.
- Find the Assigned to field.
- Hover the mouse over Assigned to field and select the Edit button.
- Change the user by selecting the user from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save. Or
- Tap the Edit button.
- Find the Assigned to information field and change the user.
- Click Save.
