As leads are continuously worked upon by sales personnel, their status keeps on changing. The given steps will describe you how to change the leads status.
- Go to Sales > Leads.
- Click the lead whose status you want to change.
- Find the information field of Lead Status. Hover the mouse over it and click Edit.Select the status from the drop-down menu and click Save. Or
- Tap the Edit button.
- Find the information field of Lead Status.
- Click on its drop-down menu. It will display the list of status options.
- Select your preferred option.
- Click Save.
