2.1 Service Contracts:

Service Contracts is the module in TDS CRM that helps in tracking professional service agreements. Service contracts are usually prepared for items (services) in quotes, sales orders, invoices and purchase orders. The module of service contracts can be accessed from Support > Service Contracts. When the module is opened, it displays the list of service contracts contained in TDS CRM. The information displayed on home page can be customized by the system administrator as per organizational requirements. However, the common information displayed on homepage includes Contract No., Subject, Related to, Assigned to, Start date, Due Date, Progress, Status and Action. From the home page, you can perform the following operations on service contracts.
