2.1. How to Use the Dashboard?

Using the dashboard in TDS CRM is a simple task and can be accomplished by following the given steps.

  • Go to Analytics > Dashboard.
  • You will notice the module drop-down list on the top-left of the window. Select the module, of which you want to view charts or graphs.
  • On selecting the module, the system will present the module data graphically.
  • You can view the data either in Normal View or Grid View. Select the view from the top-right of the window.
  • If there are multiple charts, use the links given on the top-right of the window in the normal view to browse the charts.
