Leads are the initial contacts and prospective customers of the organization. Leads are collected from various sources such as trade shows, advertisements or other activities. The Leads module can be accessed in TDS CRM through Sales > Leads. It displays a page showing the list of all the leads. This page allows you to manage the leads by performing the following operations.

• View all or filtered list of leads
• Create new custom view for leads
• Create, Edit or Delete leads
• Edit multiple leads at the same time (Mass Edit)
• Find duplicates
• Import leads
• Export leads
• Search leads
• Send Email to leads
