To have all the information about the product, it is good to associate related details with products. Refer to the below mentioned procedure to associate products with other records.
- Go to Inventory > Products.
- Select the product to which you want to associate different records.
- Click the product to open its detailed view.
- From the detailed page, you can attach the following records with the products:
- Trouble tickets
- Documents
- Quotes
- Purchase order
- Sales order
- Invoice
- Leads
- Customers
- Contacts
- Potentials
- Product bundles
- Parent product
- After associating these records, you can close the page and move to the next product page.
