To edit the Event:
| Field | Description |
| Event type | Select the event type whether it is a meeting or a call. |
| Event name | Mention the title of the event. |
| Description | Describe the event. |
| Location | Mention the location of the event. |
| Status | Select the status of the event from the drop-down list. |
| Assigned to | Select the group or user to whom the event has to be assigned. In case of meeting, these are the users who are attending the meeting. |
| Priority | Select the priority of the event from the drop-down list. |
| Mark public | Check the option if you want the event accessible to every user. |
| Send notification | Check the option if you want to be notified about the event |
| Event start time | Select the start time of the event. |
| Event end time | Select the end time of the event. |
| Custom information | These are user defined fields. Add the information accordingly. |
| Invite tab | Select the users from the list of available users to whom you want to send the event invitation. |
| Reminder | Select yes if you want to set reminder for the event. |
| Repeat | Select this option if you want to set the reminder at repeat. Specify the time and interval at which it should repeat itself. |
| Related to | Select the module and contact name to which the event is related. |
