1.8. How to Associate Other Records with the Services?

In TDS CRM, you can associate the related records with the services. To associate records:

  • Go to Inventory > Services.
  • Select the ticket with which you want to associate the record.
  • Click the title of the ticket to open its detailed view.
  • From the detailed view page, you can associate the following records with the ticket:
  • Trouble Tickets
  • Quotes
  • Purchase Orders
  • Sales Orders
  • Invoices
  • Leads
  • Customers
  • Contacts
  • Potentials
  • Documents
