In TDS CRM, you can associate the related records with the services. To associate records:
- Go to Inventory > Services.
- Select the ticket with which you want to associate the record.
- Click the title of the ticket to open its detailed view.
- From the detailed view page, you can associate the following records with the ticket:
- Trouble Tickets
- Quotes
- Purchase Orders
- Sales Orders
- Invoices
- Leads
- Customers
- Contacts
- Potentials
- Documents
