After you are done with creating campaign, you can associate other records such as activities, leads, contacts and potentials to it. To associate the records with the campaigns
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns.
- Select the campaign to which you wish to associate other records.
- Click the campaign to open its detailed view.
- Scroll down to find the controls of adding leads, contacts, activities and potentials. The available options includes:
- Load list (Contacts): It allows you to load the list of contacts for the campaign.
- Add contacts: It allows you to add a new contact to the campaign.
- Select contacts: It allows you to add a specific contact to the campaign.
- Load list (Leads): It allows you to load the list of leads for the campaign.
- Add leads: It allows you to add a new lead to the campaign.
- Add potential: It allows you to add potentials to the campaign.
- Add To do: It allows you to add the to do or tasks to the campaign.
Similarly you can attach records to the other campaign records.
