1.6.How to Associate Other Records with Campaigns?

After you are done with creating campaign, you can associate other records such as activities, leads, contacts and potentials to it. To associate the records with the campaigns

  • Go to Marketing > Campaigns.
  • Select the campaign to which you wish to associate other records.
  • Click the campaign to open its detailed view.
  • Scroll down to find the controls of adding leads, contacts, activities and potentials. The available options includes:
  • Load list (Contacts): It allows you to load the list of contacts for the campaign.
  • Add contacts: It allows you to add a new contact to the campaign.
  • Select contacts: It allows you to add a specific contact to the campaign.
  • Load list (Leads): It allows you to load the list of leads for the campaign.
  • Add leads: It allows you to add a new lead to the campaign.
  • Add potential: It allows you to add potentials to the campaign.
  • Add To do: It allows you to add the to do or tasks to the campaign.

Similarly you can attach records to the other campaign records.
