When the module is opened, it displays all the Events and Todos in separate tabs. The information about events displayed on homepage includes Start Date & Time, End Date & Time, Event Type, Event Details, Actions, Status and Assigned to. In case of To Dos the information includes, time, start date, due date, status, actions, and assigned to. In events, when you click on the icon options to change the status of the activity and allows you to perform actions of removing the activity from the system and changing the owner of the activity. The options available are:

• Mark held
• Mark not held
• Postpone
• Change owner
• Delete

In case of todos, these options differ slightly and looked like:

• Mark completed
• Mark deferred
• Postpone
• Change owner
• Delete

You can change the view to any of the four views i.e. day, week, month and year. Similarly, you can also select the display format i.e. list view or calendar view from the drop-down list. The below mentioned detail will show you what you can accomplish in calendars module.
