1.2. Report Detailed View:

The report detailed view shows the details about the report. The view can be accessed from:

  • Go to Analytics > Report.
  • The report home page will show section wise reports contained in the TDS CRM.
  • Click on the required report. It will display the detailed view.
  • Here you will notice that the report is divided in to two sections. Main contents and calculations.
  • Main contents will show the fields selected to be shown in the report and calculation part will show the calculations of the field select for calculations.
  • Besides viewing main contents and calculations, you can perform certain operations from detailed view page.
  • Export to PDF: Export the file in PDF format
  • Export to Excel: Export the file in Excel format
  • Print Report: Get the print preview and give the print command.
  • Customize Report: Edit the report settings
  • Browse Other Reports: Go back to browse other reports
  • Filter The Report Results: Filter the report results by specifying various conditions.
