Follow the given process for inviting the users to an activity.

• Open the create event window or edit window as described above.
• Select the Invite tab. It will display list box of available users and selected users.
• Select the users from the list of available users and use the given arrow to move it to the list of selected users. Similarly, you can use the reverse arrow to remove the selected user.
• After you are done with rest of settings, click Save to save the event.
